What should I say to the Olympus digital camera company?
my camera was almost $ 500 with 3 year warranty. it was waterproof, shockproof, and freeze resistant. It was a great camera and I took care of it really well! I mean I worked at a cleaning company for a summer to save up for it than just before Christmas time it stopped working. when I took it in black (where I bought it from), they said there is nothing they can do. A lady in the shop said when I went in again a few weeks ago said I should e-mail olympus or call them. What would be better and what can I say?
Call Olympus and tell them what is wrong with it ... since it is still under warranty, they will either fix it or give you a new one.
